On the April, 2011, with introduce of Commune Women’s Union, Mrs Liem was loaned by the MOM. 
With first level is 3 millions VND plus savings from employment, she opened a small grocery store. In addition, she bought an old sewing – machine and got some bags to sew at home. Every matured period, she built up of money and bought another sewing – machine that her husband could sew like her.
On 11/2014, she received 9 million VND from the source of capital aid, she bought a sow. Farrow to farrow were sold, home economics is gradually improved and their life has been more stable.
Now, she has built a spacious house, life is stable by selling groceries, raising pigs and being a seamster. However, the happiest thing is that they can create job for women in the neighborhood by re-distributed garments (bag and strap) to them. Everymonth, after deducting household expenses, their income is about 6 million VND and this money is primarily spent for their children’s study.
