Today’s women, in addition to their traditional responsibilities of being daughters-in-law, mothers, wives… have truly entered society with many different roles in all fields. Many women make money and have social position but still do not forget to take care of their families. Therefore, Gender Equality is an indispensable topic in the MOM’s training programs. The goal is to help clients gain knowledge to raise children well, raise awareness in the community about the role and ability of women in society, eliminate gender stereotypes, help women assert themselves, be confident in themselves, and strive for equality with men. Respecting each other’s rights is not only an essential factor in social relationship but also the basic foundation of building each family.
