CLIENT TRAINING – TOPIC: FINANCIAL EDUCATION 2024

The training program is an activity organized free of charge annually by MOM for clients with the hope that MOM clients will have more knowledge and the needed techniques to invest loans effectively, to improve their living standard. With sponsorship from Norwegian Mission Alliance in Vietnam, from 2011 to July 2024, MOM has conducted nearly 1,650 training courses with nearly 71,437 attendees. Topics of MOM training program include Parental Skills, Gender Equality, Law on Marriage and Family, Drug Prevention, Reproductive Health Care, Environmental Protection and Financial Education, Technical classes in cultivation, breeding, Communication skills and legal knowledges … In 2024, MOM is expected to organize 104 classes. Financial education is one of the topics that MOM is interested in. The goal of this topic is to help loan clients learn how to save, manage family expenses reasonably, use loans effectively to contribute to increasing income and improving living conditions. This year, MOM will organize 31 classes on this topic. At the present, MOM has implemented 19 classes. The number of clients participating always exceeds the planned targets.
